3 freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines and logistics companies are listed in Kribi. Douala, the country’s main port, hosts most of them, especially in Akwa and Bonanjo; the Kribi deep-water port and the Yaoundé customs offices (Nsimalen airport) also have forwarders.

Around the port: CLUB PAD, Port Autonome de Douala, CONSIGNATION LOGISTIQUE DU GOLFE GUINEE, as well as the forwarders, shipping agents and stevedoring companies in this list. In-demand profiles: customs declarants, forwarding agents, shipping agents, logisticians, machine operators and forklift drivers. Published offers are on the Jobs page, under Transport & logistics.

It depends on the position (forwarding agent, customs declarant, head of forwarding), experience and company size: a beginner starts well below an experienced declarant at a large group. Offers published on LeFisk Hub often show a salary range: compare them to see where you stand.

There is no single rate: the forwarder’s fee comes on top of customs duties, taxes and port charges, and depends on the type, value and volume of the goods, the customs regime and the services (clearance only, pickup, delivery). Request a detailed quote from several forwarders through their listings to compare.

Check that it is a licensed customs broker, ask for a written quote that separates its fees from duties and taxes, client references and experience with your type of goods. On LeFisk Hub, a “Verified” listing means the company’s legal documents (RCCM, NIU) have been checked.
